July 2018 Nitro club race
The weather treated us very gentle this race meeting. In comparison with the previous week’s miserable weather, we almost had a summer’s day. Thank heavens, because I wouldn’t be able to endure another Sunday like that!

July 2018 Electric On Road club race
A bitterly cold day at the track. This time I cannot even tell you that as the day progressed, it became warmer. The first time we’ve seen a bit of sunshine was at about 13h30 in the afternoon. Please note; it was sun rays and by no means WARM sun rays… It had been a terrible day outdoors..!! Notwithstanding the unpleasant weather, we’ve had 29 entries. Thank you guys & girls; you were very, very brave! We admire and appreciate your efforts deeply.

Hosting a RC race right in the middle of winter in South Africa normally starts cold in the morning, but become quite nice later on. No exception this time.
